History

Victoria de Los Angeles is a small developing company transforming boarded up historical buildings in the Huffman Historic neighborhood into upper scale residential and commercial spaces.

Juan Urbieta and his wife, Carmen V. Guerrero-Urbieta (who passed away in 2009) are the founders of Victoria de Los Angeles, Inc. a development company revitalizing distressed buildings and restoring them back to their once regal presence.

The Urbietas were not new to restoration and remodeling. They are also the founders of Urbieta Construction, Inc. a nationally recognized remodeling business since 1988. Juan is a master remodeler. He can take any ravaged property and turn it into a breathtaking structure. He can see the beauty in the worst of old deserted buildings and breathe life back into the structure so that all can see what he could see.

Juan plans to keep taking these eyesores in the inner City – East Third in particular – one by one to bring back the vitality of the way the area used to be  –  families walking about the area, shopping, visiting, having a cup of coffee with friends. The beauty of having residential apartments alongside commercial spaces is that you have the ideal combination of two worlds.
